• Operators can accept transfers and assign them to drivers, while drivers only see transfers that have been assigned to them.

Complaints/No-Shows

• Complaints and no-shows can be processed directly through the app, with the option to attach photos and supporting documents.
• Responses and proofs can be submitted quickly to streamline resolution.

Offline mode

• Offline access is supported by locally caching confirmed transfers for 24 hours, ensuring information is available when there is no internet connection.
