 <li>Complaints and no-shows can be processed directly through the app, with the option to attach photos and supporting documents.</li>
 <li>Responses and proofs can be submitted quickly to streamline resolution.</li>
</ul>

Offline mode

 <li>Offline access is supported by locally caching confirmed transfers for 24 hours, ensuring information is available when there is no internet connection.</li>
